How it began

Beauty by Byss did not begin with a finished studio or a long list of equipment. Abisola started because she needed a dependable way to support herself. She carried the tools she could afford in a school bag, worked with a simple pedicure bowl and took the first appointments one at a time.
Where the work is now
Skill grew with the business.
Nearly two years later, the school bag has become a beauty and wellness studio in Ogbomosho. Abisola is certified in spa and lash services and continues to build her qualifications across the treatments she offers.
Passing the knowledge on
The next part of the story includes her students.
Abisola now trains students who want practical beauty skills of their own. Training includes demonstrations, supervised practice, hygiene, client care, preparation and aftercare.
