Appointments and confirmation
A form submission or WhatsApp message is an appointment request. Your time is confirmed only when Beauty by Byss replies and accepts it.
Arrival and lateness
Please arrive at the agreed time. A late arrival may reduce the time available for your treatment.
Changes and cancellations
If your plans change, contact Beauty by Byss as soon as possible. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever you can.
Home service
Home service is available for selected treatments and locations. The address, travel arrangement and any travel charge are agreed before confirmation.
Health, skin and safety
Tell us about allergies, pregnancy, medication, injuries, active irritation, infections or recent procedures before treatment begins.
Preparation and aftercare
Follow any preparation instructions sent before your appointment and the aftercare guidance provided afterwards.
